SUCCESS CRITERIA -

I must write my poem independently

I must reread and edit my work

I must use the correct punctuation and grammar

Poem:

We all make those small mistakes

We have those little accidents

Something either falls or breaks

But that’s not what the problem is

The problem is without mistakes

We wouldn’t learn about new things

We wouldn’t know how long it takes

To learn about what life can bring

That’s why mistakes are important

We can learn from them straight away

And then when we make another

We will know just what to say

It’s okay to make mistakes

We’ll only get better anyway

It doesn’t matter how long it takes

We will always find a way

Mistakes are made

But it’s okay

Because we all know what to say

We wrote a poem on mistakes for writing. Above is my poem. I am happy with the way I wrote it. This poem talked about making mistakes which is okay to do so, because we all will eventually learn from them anyway.
